Job Description
As an Admin & Sales Support Specialist, you'll handle daily operational functions that support a dynamic real estate and property management team. From outbound communication and calendar management to billing oversight and document organization, your attention to detail ensures consistent accuracy and service excellence.

The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 3 years of customer service experience, with exposure to admin and/or sales support
- Background in marketing or strategic planning, with strong public speaking and relationship-building skills (dance studio experience is a plus)
- Understanding of basic small business financials
- Excellent verbal and written communication, phone etiquette, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in G-Suite, Excel, and QuickBooks, and able to learn new tools quickly
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- Personable, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure both independently and in a team
Your Daily Tasks
- Make 50 outbound sales calls per day
- Manage calendars, meetings, and events with precision
- Take detailed meeting minutes and distribute summaries
- Organize, file, and retrieve documents and reports efficiently
- Support project management tasks such as tracking progress and assigning tasks
- Screen calls, emails, and communications, responding on behalf of the executive when needed
- Conduct research and data entry for reports and decision-making
- Monitor billing, follow up on collections, and resolve discrepancies promptly
