US Business Development Representative

About the Role: We're looking for a driven and resourceful Business Development Representative (BDR) with strong RevOps/Enablement skills to join our client's growing sales team. This role is perfect for someone who's proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about both connecting with potential customers and building the systems that power our sales engine.

As a BDR, you'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying outbound leads, managing early-stage outreach, and booking meetings for the senior sales team. At the same time, you'll leverage your HubSpot, reporting, and process-building experience to help optimize sales operations and close gaps in enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other channels
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Research potential clients and monitor market trends
  • Manage and update CRM systems with accurate lead info and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on messaging and outreach strategy
  • Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads to meet weekly/monthly targets
  • Follow up on inbound leads and support lead nurturing efforts

RevOps & Enablement Responsibilities:

  • Act as HubSpot Administrator (2–3 years experience)
  • Build and manage HubSpot workflows, including variable components
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards from scratch (1–2 years of experience)
  • Document complex sales/marketing processes clearly
  • Manage and track projects in JIRA (or comparable tools)
  • Build and improve integrations common to a GTM tech stack
  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable CRM/system solutions

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or enablement (B2B preferred)
  • 2–3 years HubSpot Admin experience with workflow automation
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience building reports/dashboards from scratch
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Confident with cold outreach and objection handling
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, or prospecting platforms
  • Comfortable managing projects in JIRA (or similar tools)

Pay: Php59, Php60,000.00 per month
