
Administrative Assistant

DUTIES
- Handles all admin-related duties such as filing, recording, typing, scanning, photocopying, printing, mailing, e-mailing and faxing.
Supports the Sales and Purchasing Department.
Creates request for quotation and purchase orders to Supplier and quotation to
Customer.
Issues Sales Invoices and Delivery Receipts.
Monitors deliveries.
Monitors inventory.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information and ensure
the smooth flow of communication between sales, purchasing, and logistics teams.
- Greets visitors and attends to phone or e-mail inquiries.
- Drafts letters and makes the necessary follow-ups on concerns/disputes against public
and/or private institutions.
- Implements and/or updates systems that would improve effectiveness and efficiency of work.
- Maintains an organized filing & recording system.
- Responsible for other concerns or projects given by the Company Managers that would entail administrative or logistical work.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in Procurement or a related field is required.
- Required traits: detail-oriented, quick to grasp new concepts, able to work effectively under pressure, good decision-making abilities, can multi-task efficiently, strong analytical skills, ability to work with minimal supervision, and excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge: Proficient in MS Office Applications and Google Workspace.
- Applicant must be willing to work in West Avenue, Quezon City.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
