We are a fast-growing custom apparel and sportswear manufacturer, dedicated to delivering high-quality, tailor-made products for teams, businesses, and organizations. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Job Summary:
As our Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day business operations. Your responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks, assisting with payroll, safekeeping important legal and company documents, and supporting basic HR processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and values teamwork in a dynamic and growing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to management and other departments
- Maintain and organize company records, legal documents, and confidential files
- Assist in preparing and processing payroll and attendance records
- Support basic HR functions such as record-keeping, recruitment coordination, and onboarding
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Assist in scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and preparing reports as needed
- Ensure proper documentation and filing systems (physical and digital) are up to date
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office tools
- Familiarity with HR/payroll systems is a plus
