We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide remote support for a fencing, gating, and retaining wall business in New Zealand. This role is essential for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service to clients. The successful candidate will manage a wide range of administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and maintain clear communication between clients, suppliers, and the internal team. Strong verbal communication skills and voice capability are mandatory, as you will frequently engage with clients and stakeholders over the phone. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, resourceful, and capable of working independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities: 


•    Manage emails, calendars, and appointments.

•    Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

•    Prepare and maintain project documentation, quotes, and invoices.

•    Update CRM systems and track project progress.

•    Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for timely deliveries.

•    Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information.

•    Perform general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements:

•    Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role.

•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

•    Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

•    Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.

•    Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for voice calls.

•    Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
