Role Description
This role is a fully remote and full-time general Virtual Assistant. We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Growth Assistant to support our dynamic Growth Team. If you thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping projects, communication, and data running smoothly, this role is for you.
As a Growth Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of our growth initiatives—from events and partnerships to sales and outreach coordination. Your ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and deliver consistent administrative support will help drive our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain HubSpot CRM with accurate lead, contact, and campaign information to support sales and marketing alignment.
- Coordinate conference participation, sponsorships, event logistics, and maintain an organized calendar of growth opportunities.
- Assist with lead generation by organizing and verifying data and preparing outreach lists (experience with Apollo or similar tools is a plus).
- Conduct research on industries, prospects, vendors, and tools to support operational efficiency and business growth.
- Work closely with the Growth Coordinator, Sales Solutions Specialist, and Marketing Manager to support project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed for various growth-related initiatives.
- Prepare reports and summaries highlighting progress, opportunities, and recommendations for leadership
Requirements: Absolute Must-Haves
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or virtual assistant role (experience in marketing, operations, or business development is a plus).
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (Microsoft Office, shared drives, task trackers, CRMs like HubSpot, Canva, or similar design tools).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, resourceful, dependable, and able to work independently while maintaining communication in a remote environment.
- With a Laptop/PC with at least an i5 Processor or similar specification
- DSL or Fiber Internet connection of at least 50mbps
- Available to work in the Central US Timezone
Other Requirements:
- Experience in marketing, operations, or business development is a plus
- Demonstrate strong organization, communication, and tech proficiency in a fully remote setup.
- Willing to do phone calls to coordinate with event organizers from time to time.
- Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting
