About the Role: We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, product operations and community engagement for tech products. This is a full‑time role (40 hours per week) working remotely. You should be available for calls between 8‑10 PM New York time.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow company social channels across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and other platforms.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Assist with product operations tasks such as collecting user feedback, tracking feature requests and coordinating with the product team.
  • Engage with community members, respond to comments and foster a positive community environment.
  • Create social media content calendars, schedule posts and monitor performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, product, customer support) to ensure alignment.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing, product operations and community engagement within tech.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable internet.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
  • Available for discussions between 8‑10 PM New York time (ET) and able to overlap hours for collaboration.
  • Familiarity with project management and social media tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php27, Php30,000.00 per month
