Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in administrative support, excellent communication skills, and strong proficiency in for project and task management. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, email handling, and meeting coordination.
  • Manage and update tasks, workflows, and dashboards in
  • Assist in project tracking, reporting, and follow-ups using tools.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, file management, and research.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong working knowledge of is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Familiarity with other project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and automation tools.
