As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll support users across the US and Canada, resolving desktop, software, and network issues while delivering excellent customer service. You'll own support tickets from diagnosis to resolution, giving you real hands-on exposure to enterprise environments.

Required Background
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years in IT Service Desk or Technical Support (BPO experience welcome)
- 1+ year supporting international clients
- Strong English communication
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality support to US/Canada users
- Troubleshoot Windows desktop, domain, and connectivity issues
- Handle device/user tasks in Active Directory
- Support Microsoft 365 and core business apps
- Follow ITIL-aligned processes using enterprise tools
