Job Description
- Provide general administrative support, including answering and screening calls, handling correspondence, and managing emails.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls for the management team.
- Prepare, organize, and file documents, both physically and digitally, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order materials as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment for employees and visitors.
- Serve as the liaison between departments, management, and external parties to ensure clear communication.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain office confidentiality.
- Perform other related duties as required
