About the role

The company is seeking a skilled Office Admin Secretary to join our team in Quezon City Metro Manila. This full-time position will provide crucial administrative and secretarial support to our office, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to our management team
  • Handling a variety of office tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management with basic bookkeeping knowledge
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Preparing and formatting various documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory
  • Serving as the main point of contact for internal and external inquiries
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office secretary, ideally in a similar role
