Key Accounts Manager

With a strong grasp of industry trends, the Key Account Manager will interact directly with clients and prospects, assess their unique needs, and propose strategies or services to meet agreed-upon objectives.
To excel in this role, candidates should be effective communicators and presenters, capable of aligning brand offerings with client needs. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, passionate about client relationships, and dedicated to enhancing the overall brand experience for customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, manage and develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders (brands, marketplace platform) in order to achieve the business objectives by increasing the brand's online presence
- Lead and negotiate annual agreements with e-commerce partners
- Develop plan, KPI and Goals to achieve for each e-commerce partner
- Define and implement Go to Market strategy with cross functional internal teams (Performance marketing, Live, customer service)
- Identify new e-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
- Prepare and present product proposals to future and current ecommerce partners
- Analyze and interpret brand's performance and consumer behavior to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities
- Regular communication with clients to understand their needs and explain value proposition
- Keep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes
- Ensure seamless operations of their brand portfolio, including forecasting accuracy and customer order fulfillment
- Act as the key point of contact for brands and other marketplace platforms, managing and addressing daily operations, working closely with internal cross-functional teams
- Identify industry trends and competitive market insights
- Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the customer and brand experience
- Build relationships with clients based on trust and respect
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee, Tiktok Shop), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor.
- A results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on commercial performance, a flexible and collaborative approach, and a passion for making an impact while thriving in a dynamic startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills – ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent English and Tagalog speaking-listening-writing skills, attention to details.
- Knowledge in Project Management
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-driven, can take on and create new assignments.
- Willing and eager to learn and deliver the extra mile
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment in cross functional teams.
