About the role
As a Key Accounts Manager at Akari Lighting and Technology Corporation, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing strategic relationships with the company's most important clients. In this full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive account management.
What you'll be doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing exceptional service and building strong, long-lasting relationships
- Develop and execute tailored account plans to identify and address client needs, unlocking new opportunities for growth
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that exceed client expectations
- Analyze account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective account penetration and expansion strategies
- Represent the company at client meetings and industry events, maintaining a strong presence in the market
- Provide regular updates to senior management on account progress, challenges, and strategic initiatives
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in account management or a similar client-facing role, preferably in the lighting or B2B sales industry
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools to drive informed decision-making
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
