Qualifications & Experience
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or in a relevant role.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints with a solutions oriented approach
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Meet with existing and potential clients to establish and nurture positive relationships, growing their accounts with responsive and efficient service.
- Engage in field work, make cold calls, post classified ads, and attend networking events to enhance customer interactions.
- Drive new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities within key accounts and strategize on expanding product offerings.
