Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or in a relevant role.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints with a solutions oriented approach
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Meet with existing and potential clients to establish and nurture positive relationships, growing their accounts with responsive and efficient service.
  • Engage in field work, make cold calls, post classified ads, and attend networking events to enhance customer interactions.
  • Drive new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities within key accounts and strategize on expanding product offerings.
