Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager, based in Quezon City, Cebu, Leyte, Negros Panay, Davao. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include developing account strategies, presenting product recommendations, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client needs, and monitoring account performance to meet or exceed targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in client relationship management, customer service, and account planning
- Understanding of Industrial Process Instrumentation, Control Analytics, and Electrical Components
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Project management and organizational skills to effectively handle multiple accounts
- Proficiency in using CRM software and related tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in the industrial sector and familiarity with instrumentation and controls is a plus.
