A Corporate Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with an organization's existing clients or customers. Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
Understand the client's business needs, objectives, and challenges.
Account Planning
Develop account plans outlining the client's goals and how the company can meet them.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services.
Communication
Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
Customer Satisfaction
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and solutions.
Address and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.
Sales Support
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Provide input on pricing strategies and proposals.
Contract Management:
Oversee the preparation and negotiation of contracts and agreements.
Ensure contract terms and conditions are understood and met by both parties.
Forecasting and Reporting:
Track and report on key account metrics.
Provide regular updates to management on account status and performance.
Problem Solving:
Proactively identify issues or challenges and work to find solutions.
Anticipate client needs and address them before they become problems.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute account strategies aligned with both the client's and the company's objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.
Customer Education:
Educate clients on new products, features, or services that could benefit them.
Provide training and support as needed.
Goal Achievement:
Meet or exceed revenue targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs) set for the account.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications.
Travel:
Depending on the industry, account managers may be required to travel to meet with clients in person.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any business degree or relevant field
- Proven experience in corporate sales is an advantage
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively present and articulate complex solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with internal team

Pay: Php28, Php40,000.00 per month
