IT Manager – Access Care (Mandaue Office | Night Shift)

Location: Cabancalan Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 PM – 5 AM (PH Time)

Role Overview

The IT Manager will be responsible for managing and securing Access Care's entire IT infrastructure — ensuring smooth, reliable, and compliant technology operations across our Philippine and global teams.

This role requires a hands-on leader capable of handling both technical implementation and strategic planning, aligning IT operations with business needs and compliance standards (particularly in the U.S. healthcare space).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure at the Cebu office and ensure connectivity with global operations.
  • Oversee setup and maintenance of workstations, routers, security systems, and backup devices.
  • Coordinate account access management (Microsoft 365, Open Dental Cloud, DentalXChange, XVWeb, etc.) in coordination with HR and Operations.
  • Implement cybersecurity measures, manage data privacy compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, PH DPA), and conduct regular security audits.
  • Lead troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Supervise IT team members and external vendors; evaluate and recommend new technologies.
  • Develop IT policies, SOPs, and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Ensure system uptime, backups, and continuity for global operations.
  • Provide technical guidance for U.S. and PH leadership teams, including software integrations and process automation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 4–5 years of IT management experience, preferably in a BPO or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, security systems, and cloud-based applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin, VPN configuration, and data compliance protocols.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Mandaue City on the night shift (8 PM – 5 AM).

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and U.S. data protection standards.
  • Background in infrastructure planning, IT procurement, and vendor management.
  • Ability to support both PH and U.S.-based remote teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per month
