Our Company is currently looking for Operations Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Graduate of any four-year course.

Experience:

  • With at least 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience, preferably in the motorcycle retail or trading industry.
  • With proven experience in planning and project implementation.

Gender: Male or Female.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in operational planning, reporting, and coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Results-oriented and proactive in achieving company objectives.

  • Must be willing to work in a results-oriented environment.
  • With high sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day company operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor operational strategies to achieve business goals and performance targets.
  • Supervise and lead the team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, Inventory, and other departments to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures, and quality standards.
  • Analyze operational data and prepare reports to support management decision-making.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans for process optimization.
  • Manage and monitor project implementation from planning to execution.
  • Promote a results-oriented culture and ensure accountability within the team.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
