Taurus Prime is looking for a Supervisor that will be assigned in our Consolacion Branch.

Store Supervisor is responsible of the following, but not limited to:

  • Supervise and lead store personnel to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels; coordinate with the purchasing department for stock replenishment.
  • Responsible for handling monetary transactions, typically in a retail or service-oriented environment alongside the Cashier.
  • Conduct daily cash handling, sales reconciliation, and ensure accuracy in transactions.
  • Enforce company policies, including attendance, grooming standards, and customer service protocols.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to employees as needed.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly sales and operations reports to the Operational Manager.
  • Assist in marketing or promotional activities within the store.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  1. College graduate (relevant course is an advantage)

  2. Must possess leadership and interpersonal skills

  3. With pleasing personality and honest

  4. Experience being a supervisor and in sales are a plus

  5. Knowledgeable in motor or automobile parts and lubricants is an advantage

  6. With good English verbal and written skills

  7. A computer savvy - can independently use and navigate computer

  8. Knowledgeable of the use of MS Word, Power Point Presentation and MS Excel

  9. Can work under pressure and less supervision

  10. Team player and versatile

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
