Overview: We are seeking an organized and results-driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to oversee and align our sales and marketing initiatives, particularly for New Zealand and Australia programs. This role requires taking ownership of campaigns and events, coordinating with both internal teams and external partners, and ensuring all marketing activities support lead generation and client engagement. The Coordinator also provides leadership and guidance to assistants or interns to ensure timely and effective execution of initiatives.

Job Description:

Lead Generation and Sales Coordination

  • Develop and manage lead generation initiatives, ensuring quality leads are generated and followed through.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align efforts and maximize client conversion.
  • Oversee the lead database to ensure it is accurate, updated, and used effectively.

Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan, develop, and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Supervise the creation of marketing content (posters, videos, infographics) and ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend strategies for improvement.

Social Media Engagement

  • Oversee content calendar and publishing schedule for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Guide assistants in content creation and ensure alignment with campaign objectives.

Event Management & Partnerships

  • Lead the planning and organization of events, such as seminars and orientations.
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, and presentations to ensure successful event execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, and educational institutions.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Oversee client engagement strategies to maintain strong relationships and improve satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership in maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach across all interactions.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Serve as the central liaison between sales, marketing, and management to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, client engagement, and lead generation outcomes.
  • Recommend strategic improvements based on data analysis and team feedback.

Record Management & Compliance

  • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of client records, applications, and marketing assets.

Team Leadership

  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and task delegation to Sales and Marketing Assistants or interns.
  • Encourage collaboration and accountability within the team to ensure high-quality output.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and growth-oriented work culture.

Visa Processing Support:

  • Assist in visa processing tasks and documentation as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or coordination roles.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge in utilizing digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and design/editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut).
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide and motivate junior staff.
  • Organizational and Management Skills: Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a proven record of handling multiple priorities.
  • Work Ethic: Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently while leading a team.
