Role Overview:
The Key Accounts Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between TeleCure and its partner institutions after a sale or partnership has been successfully closed. This role ensures the smooth transition from sales acquisition to operational implementation by providing clear communication, training, planning support, and ongoing coordination. The coordinator plays a critical role in information dissemination, helping partners understand the requirements, processes, and preparations needed for TeleCure's services—especially health caravans, PhilHealth Program engagements, and other TeleCure programs or products.
The Key Accounts Coordinator is instrumental in partner onboarding, relationship management, and operational alignment, ensuring that every partnership runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with TeleCure's standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner Onboarding & Coordination:
- Serve as the main point of contact for newly onboarded schools, corporations, LGUs, NGOs, and community partners.
- Conduct orientation meetings to explain service requirements, readiness checklists, and implementation processes.
- Ensure partners understand documentation, consent forms, site preparation, and other pre-event needs.
Health Caravan Planning Support:
- Assist partners in planning the logistics of Konsulta caravans or onsite medical missions.
- Work with the Onsite Division, Operations, and Clinic teams to ensure expectations and requirements are aligned.
- Provide partners with timelines, task assignments, and operational flow for smooth caravan execution.
Product Demonstrations & Service Briefings:
- Conduct presentations or demos related to TeleCure's services or products.
- Train partner staff or volunteers on onsite processes, patient flow, documentation, and support roles.
Training & Capacity Building:
- Organize and facilitate trainings, seminars, or orientation sessions for partners to ensure they are fully prepared for implementation.
- Provide training materials, checklists, and visual guides tailored for schools, companies, or NGOs.
- Ensure partner representatives understand compliance standards required for PhilHealth, DOH, and TeleCure internal protocols.
Relationship Management & Support:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with partners to ensure sustained engagement and satisfaction.
- Address partner concerns, escalate issues to the Marketing Manager when necessary, and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for post-event evaluations and improvements.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of partner communications, readiness status, and event preparation progress.
- Provide timely reports to the Marketing Manager on partner implementation, challenges, and recommendations.
- Track and document partner feedback for future service improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in client relations, coordination, training, or account management is preferred.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders including schools, LGUs, NGOs, and corporate HR teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for onsite meetings, orientations, and health caravans.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (operations, onsite teams, clinical staff, etc.).
