About the Role:

We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in office administration, documentation, accounting or finance and coordination. This is a great opportunity for graduating students to apply their academic knowledge in a dynamic, real world business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily administrative and clerical tasks
  • Prepare, organize, and manage office and financial documents
  • Assist in scheduling, meetings, and basic reporting
  • Encode data, maintain records, and support filing systems
  • Communicate and coordinate with HR and operations teams
  • Utilize accounting tools and software (e.g., QuickBooks)

Qualifications:

  • Open for graduating students only from a course related to Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or Office Administration
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and accounting tools like QuickBooks
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable
  • Can work independently and collaborate with teams
  • Willing to work onsite (office-based setup in Malolos)
  • Fast learner, especially with digital tools or computer systems
