Job Summary: The Retail Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting the right computer products and accessories, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong understanding of computer hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist them in identifying their computer needs.
  • Provide detailed information about products, including specifications, features, and benefits.
  • Demonstrate and explain product functionality to customers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure the store is organized and visually appealing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and inventory management.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and product releases.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals.
  • Participate in promotional events and product launches.

Qualification:

  • Graduate of a four (4) year Business course, preferably in Marketing, Economics or Business Management from a reputable university or college
  • At least two (2) year experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Strategic Management and Business Development
  • Preferably, with Sales background
  • Able to multi-skill, cashiering, stock management, variance handling, customer handling, etc.
