We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online platforms. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in managing e-commerce operations, building and optimizing sales funnels, and creating compelling visual content for digital marketing. You will play a key role in driving online sales, improving user experience, and boosting overall brand visibility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce websites and platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.)

· Develop and execute the company's e-commerce strategy to drive revenue and conversion

· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals

· Create visually appealing graphics and promotional content for social media, email, and website banners

· Monitor sales performance, website traffic, and funnel metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager

· Collaborate with logistics, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

· Stay updated with e-commerce trends, platform updates, and customer behavior insights

· Conduct A/B testing for marketing assets and landing pages to optimize conversion rates

· Analyse campaign performance and generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights

· Manage relationships with third-party vendors, platforms, and payment providers.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Multimedia Arts, or related field

· At least 2 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms and online campaigns

· Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

· Experience with Shopify, Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada or similar platforms is a must

· Must have hands-on experience with multiple e-commerce platforms including Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok

· Knowledge of basic SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising

· Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
