JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Field Marketing Agent- Generally responsible for promoting loan services via door to door marketing.

BASIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote, offer and secure loans via door-to-door marketing;
  • Verify and confirm authenticity of the borrower's information and requirements in accordance to company policies & procedures;
  • Release loan proceeds to borrowers;
  • Expedites resolution of customer problems, concerns and complaints in accordance with the company policies and procedures and in coordination with his immediate supervisor and/or concerned departments;
  • Evaluate, qualify and acquire potential agency verifiers and contacts;
  • Ensure consistent production and management of assigned agencies;
  • Analyses the market's potential
  • Provide market and competitor's analysis as needed
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College level are welcome to apply
  • At least 1 year related work experience (Field Marketing/Financing)
  • Background in Financial or Loan Institution
  • Honest & trustworthy, "Can Do" attitude, with great sense of responsibility, resourceful and flexible.
  • 100% Field Works.
