Value Proposition and Partnerships Head

About the Role As a Value Propositions and Partnerships Head , you will oversee the development of all payroll initiatives related to product value proposition, servicing, and client onboarding. You will be responsible for crafting retention and deposit buildup programs for existing payroll retail clients.
How you'll contribute Develop and enhance all value propositions of products to meet customer needs and drive business metrics Oversee product processes to ensure efficient execution of strategies and optimal customer experience Manage end-to-end implementation of new product variants, offers, marketing programs, promos, and incentive programs Effectively articulate product vision and strategies to stakeholders, including Business/Product Heads and Channel Heads What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking At least 5 years of relevant experience in product management and project management, preferably from banking or fintech industry Wide understanding of CASA/Payroll business areas Effective interpersonal and communication skills; conflict management and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office tools (moderate to advanced Excel skills, advanced PowerPoint skills) Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams About Security Bank Security Bank is one of the Philippines' most capitalized private domestic universal banks.
