
Strategic Proposition Development Lead

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Proposition Development Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement propositions that target High Net Worth (HNW) customers, with a focus on attracting new customers and generating revenue.
- Understand HNW customers through formal and informal research, and develop offers and recommend relevant marketing mixes.
- Define product roadmaps based on identified customer needs, and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful launch.
- Maintain market awareness to identify opportunities and threats, and devise courses of action.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with key stakeholders to drive strategy buy-in and implementation.
- Develop metrics to monitor program performance, and use data for analysis and planning.
- Collaborate with various groups to execute marketing plans.
Segment Proposition
• Initiate customer/distributor insighting.
• Gather and analyze industry data/trends.
• Review business and identify issues/opportunities.
Launch New Products
• Initiate researches to uncover customers' needs/wants.
• Identify best practices within/ outside the insurance industry.
• Collaborate with Products/Pricing teams to finalize design.
Coordinate Launch Programs
New customer acquisition.
• Identify/establish external partnerships.
• Define relevant offers for target customers.
Cross-Sell/Customer Stickiness
• Define/implement targeted loyalty programs for existing HNW customers.
Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate degree in business or related field (preferred).
• TIFP certification (preferred).
• Registered Financial Planner certification (preferred).
• SEC certifications – Mutual Funds/Fixed Income Salesman (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years marketing experience, with 5 years handling HNW segment (required).
• Strong project management/stakeholder management skills (required).
• Investment knowledge (e.g., funds, estate planning) (preferred).
• Product Management experience (preferred).
