Senior Partnership Development Specialist

The primary function of this role is to establish, develop, and execute external partnerships that drive growth opportunities, data collaboration, and ecosystem enablement. This position will serve as a key driver in building strong alliances with government agencies, financial institutions, and industry platforms to co-create and deliver best-in-class, interoperable solutions.
The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the technology and finance landscape, coupled with a synergistic mindset—knowing how to position our products as complementary to others, with a focus on co-sell, data exchange, and ecosystem integration strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic partnerships—from sourcing, negotiation, and onboarding to execution, measurement, and long-term value optimization.
- Establish and grow relationships with industry bodies, and data consortiums to build trust, ensure alignment, and explore strategic collaboration.
- Develop and execute a partnership roadmap aligned with business objectives across payments, identity, risk, and data innovation.
- Identify opportunities to bundle our solutions with partner offerings to create joint value propositions and unlock new markets.
- Negotiate and finalize complex partnership agreements with an eye for strategic fit, commercial viability, and long-term scalability.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, Solutions, Legal, and Data teams to ensure seamless integration of partner capabilities into core services.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize partnership performance through clearly defined KPIs and OKRs.
- Conduct market and competitive intelligence to identify trends, emerging threats, and whitespace opportunities in payments and adjacent verticals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales, preferably in fintech, digital payments, technology or financial industry.
- Demonstrated success in forming high-impact partnerships with government agencies, fintech platforms, or data providers.
- Proven ability to develop co-selling models and create go-to-market strategies with ecosystem partners.
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
- Highly customer-centric and outcome-driven; skilled at managing executive-level relationships.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong data literacy; able to use performance insights to drive decisions.
