Job Title: Strategic Retail Propositions Lead

This role involves the execution and implementation of strategic plans for the protection with savings segment. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing marketing programs to drive customer engagement.
  2. Cultivating strong partnerships with key stakeholders to drive strategy and growth.
  3. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution of strategies and initiatives.
  4. Monitoring metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives and inform future decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, customer segment development, or related areas.
  • Experience in insurance is an asset.
  • A strong understanding of consumer and distribution trends.
  • Results-driven with a proven ability to demonstrate measurable results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to interact with staff, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
  • The ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
  • Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Financial literacy and exposure to the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Leadership qualities and project management skills.
