Sales Manager
Location: Ortigas Pasig

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic sales growth across targeted markets including utilities, EPCs, OEMs, and industrial customers.
- Lead and support the sales team in prospecting, client engagement, and closing deals.
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new opportunities in the substation automation, power quality, energy storage, and renewable integration segments.
- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver optimal solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry conferences, and vendor discussions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Sales, Business, Commerce, or related disciplines preferred).
- At least 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in power systems, automation, or energy solutions.
- Strong understanding of customer requirements and market dynamics in the power and utility sectors.
- Proven ability to build client trust and close complex, high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline, meet targets, and lead a sales team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and standard sales reporting practices.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, events, or site visits.

- Protection Relays (Line, Transformer, Busbar, Feeder, etc.)
- NDME (Network Disturbance Monitoring Equipment)
- SVG / StatCom (Static Var Generator)
- BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems)
- EMS (Energy Management Systems)
- Digital / Smart Substations
- PPC (Power Plant Controllers)
- PMS (Protection Management Systems)
- SIPS (System Integrity Protection Schemes)
- Plant SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)
