Job Overview

The B2B Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition, development, and retention of corporate clients. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. The B2B Sales Manager oversees the end-to-end sales process — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing — while ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve B2B revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to design customized solutions for clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Willing to travel and work on a flexible schedule as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
