Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Sales Department, ensuring smooth sales processes, accurate reporting, and effective coordination between internal teams and business partners. This role is responsible for monitoring sales performance, processing orders, managing contracts, and supporting sales initiatives to achieve company objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders efficiently, ensuring timely communication with TMRs, HMRs, and VBAs.
- Manage reimbursement requests, cash advancements, and other sales-related finanial transactions.
- Monitor sales promotional budgets and reserves.
- Process sales and office incentives, ensuring timely distribution and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of contracts and deals, including MOAs, COEDs, and Business Partner Chain Drug accrediations.
- Disseminate information on deals, discounts, and other key matters relevant to the Sales Department.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of Sales Com meetings and Business Reviews.
- Maintain and update the master list of accounts and contacts on quarterly basis.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of both soft and hard copies.
- Prepare summary reports and update Daily Call Reports, Travel and Business Reports, and Weekly Activity Reports.
- Coordinate and book travel and hotel acommodations for both internal and external customers, ensuring adherence to specified cut-off dates and deadlines.
- Maintain documentation for sponsor-related travel arrangements.
- Support additional sales-related tasks and responsibilities as required by the Department Head.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
