Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and promotional activities to increase revenue.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Track sales performance through reports and provide management with actionable insights.
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to expand business reach.
  • Handle escalated client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales-related software (CRM tools is a plus).
  • Willing to work on-site and flexible with schedule as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php800.00 per day
