Job Overview:
The Institutional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and expanding sales to institutional clients such as corporations, organizations, and government entities. This role focuses on strategic business development, cultivating long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the promotion and sale of financial products, services, or corporate solutions. The position requires a balance of strategic planning, analytical insight, and hands-on leadership to meet and exceed organizational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities through lead generation, client relationship management, and effective sales strategies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand the institutional client base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth execution of B2B transactions and client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure accurate and timely processing of agreements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while managing potential risks in client engagements.
- Oversee accounts receivable collection, ensuring that client payments are settled in accordance with agreed terms.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in institutional or B2B sales, preferably within the consumer technology or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, with a results-driven approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
