Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting lighting products that suit their preferences, needs, and budget.
  • Provide detailed product information, including specifications, energy efficiency, design options, and installation requirements.
  • Prepare and process quotations, invoices, and sales orders accurately.
  • Maintain proper display of lighting fixtures and ensure the showroom or sales area is well-organized and presentable.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and replenishment of stocks.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report fast-moving and slow-moving items to management.
  • Assist in product demonstrations and participate in in-store promotions or events.
  • Stay updated on new lighting trends, technologies, and company products.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate or College Level (preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field).
  • With experience in sales or retail, preferably in lighting, hardware, or home improvement industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledgeable in basic sales documentation and inventory management.
  • Customer-oriented, confident, and has a pleasing personality.
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
