Job Description
Be the CEO's right hand in a data-driven, AI-enabled real estate investment company. You'll streamline executive operations and keep our AI + asset management initiatives moving on time and on target.
Job Responsibilities
Experiencing as a virtual assistant and working remotely.
Researching real estate investment related data, products and services.
Performing certain basic accounting activities.
Own asset-management operations: update occupancy, NOI, and CapEx trackers;
• Filing and organizing corporate records, documents and reports.Using various software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and task management tools.
• Helping prepare for meetings and events.Making travel arrangements for executives.
Cooperating with team members across the company.
Resolve issues and troubleshooting a variety of situations.
Provide other general administrative support.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a top Philippine university
Early career professional with 0-3 years working experience
Working time is US Central Time
Strong communication skills in English
Independent, proactive and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
