Role Summary:

The Executive Assistant will provide proactive administrative and operational support to the Founder. The role will focus on managing client communications, coordinating tasks across freelancers, handling meeting scheduling and follow-ups, and supporting the improvement of processes and workflows to help the business scale smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for client communications and follow-ups.
  • Manage the Founder's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Assist with ITIN application coordination and client onboarding processes.
  • Delegate and track tasks to freelancers (web/IT, LinkedIn outreach, social media).
  • Maintain organized files and documents via Google Drive.
  • Help standardize workflows, SOPs, templates, and checklists.
  • Support performance tracking and task accountability through Notion.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • 2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Operations Support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficient with Notion, Google Drive, Calendly, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Experience supporting remote teams is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
