The Head of Accounting and Finance is responsible for planning budgets and cash flows to support business operations and growth. Ensures the accuracy of the financial statements and supports the executive management team by providing insights and financial advice to inform their best business decisions for the company. Additionally, will actively participate as a business partner to enhance the company's financial performance by working closely with senior management, department heads, and project teams on initiatives and actions. In addition, it ensures compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the effort to meet the overall business objectives of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA
  • Minimum of 10 years of financial management experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
  • With experience in using NetSuite
  • Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
  • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis with previous experience overseeing finance, accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
