Reports To Finance Officer (Head, Finance Unit)

Direct Reports None

Job Summary Assists in managing the financial operations of the organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepares budget

Monitors key financial indicators (e.g. budget, cash flow, investment flows)

Monitors governmental compliance

Prepares Bank Reconciliation statement

Prepares Financial Statement report

Conducts Check verification

Financial Budget and Obtains financial information from within and outside of theProgram Analysis organization for relevant guidance or other information; reviews and evaluates the financial data and makes recommendations as appropriate.

Reconciliation and Prepares, reviews and provides updated financial informationFinancial Reporting on reconciliation and financial statements, and other financial reports as required
