The Role

We are looking for a Fractional Head (Consultant) to install a disciplined & rules-first portfolio operation, mentor traders, provide weekly/ monthly reportings, and prep TMT Capital for scale.

This role is hybrid — primarily work-from-home, with onsite reporting in Quezon City once-a-week for alignment meetings and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

● Define portfolio framework & risk guardrails; allocate across FX / systems (EA) / crypto within limits

● Run weekly reviews; publish a short PM note; monthly investor-style summary

● Coach desk leads (FX, Systems, Crypto); help select/promote captains

● Stand up simple processes: playbook, dashboards, incident/ kill-switch SOP

● Partner with RevOps/ Finance for transparent, no-hype reporting

Must-Have Experience/Traits

● Minimum 5+ years leading a trading book/desk with written risk limits; survived a tough year without blowing up

● Rules-driven (checklists, position sizing, max DD discipline); comfortable with independent risk oversight

● Proficiency with trading platforms, risk management systems, and financial reporting tools (Bloomberg, MT4/MT5, Excel/Google Sheets)

● Knowledge of Philippine financial regulations (BSP guidelines) and international forex compliance standards

● Clear communicator

Educational Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field

● CFA, FRM, or equivalent professional certification preferred

Work Eligibility

● Must be available for weekly onsite meetings in Quezon City
