Job Overview:

The Information Technology and Operations Risk Department Head is responsible for leading the implementation of the company's operational and IT risk management framework, including the business continuity program. This role ensures that these frameworks are effectively integrated into the company's operations.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and continuously monitor operational risk policies, methodologies, and tools (e.g., RCSA, BCP) aligned with industry best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training in risk management techniques and collaborate closely with compliance and audit teams
  • Assist the Risk Management Division Head in advising senior management on identifying operational risks and escalating decisions when necessary
  • Oversee the company's Business Continuity Management (BCM), monitor IT-related risks, and conduct the Risk Awareness Program across all business units, including Head Office and countryside branches
  • Inform the Risk Oversight Committee, in conjunction with the Risk Management Division Head, about critical operational and IT risk-related issues affecting all business units and company's subsidiaries

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in operational and IT risk management or internal audit, preferably within the finance or banking sector
  • Proficient in MS Office applications with advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated track record of implementing risk management strategies
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt quickly to changing priorities
