About The Role
As
CASA Growth and Retention Manager
, you will be responsible for the development, execution and management of initiatives aimed at enhancing the experience and value propositions for the assigned deposit and payroll products.

How You'll Contribute

  • Set the strategy, execute and manage budget for the initiatives they own
  • Responsible for the development and launch of portfolio growth and retention campaigns and other initiatives in coordination with the various product and channel teams
  • Strategize campaigns and initiatives that will drive growth and retention of retail CASA balances of existing client base
  • Works with different executives, leaders, and stakeholders across business units to synchronize segmentation strategy and do performance management checks
  • Run projects and initiatives based on the strategic priorities of the segment.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business and Financial/ FinTech, Analytics, Project Management, Strategy and Governance, open to any field of study
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience as Product Manager, preferably also from banking or fintech industry
  • Must have experience handling CASA, payroll and deposit products
  • Strong strategic, analytical and management skills
  • Able to communicate effectively and keen to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
