About You & The Role

As a Relationship Manager under the Retail Banking Business Segment, you'll be at the heart of our branch, working closely with clients, colleagues, and leaders to deliver exceptional banking services and support our branch's success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Growing and nurturing existing deposit accounts and acquiring new clients.
  • Delivering high-quality customer service to sustain long-term relationships.
  • Cross-selling core bank products such as CASA, Treasury/Trust investments, CBG loans, FCDU, CMS, CIBI, and MCBL.
  • Assisting in the supervision of branch operations to ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent growth in the branch's deposit base and client portfolio.
  • High levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Effective implementation of bank policies and operational controls.
  • A well-trained, engaged, and high-performing branch team.

Qualifications We Value
