About the role

As a Marketing Officer at CASA DAZA BY CHEF SANDY, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen the brand's presence and drive customer engagement. This full-time position, based in Mandaluyong City, involves creating and implementing creative campaigns to promote our signature products, empanada and siopao and the brand's growing presence in the food industry.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to support the company's sales and brand growth objectives.
  • Create engaging content and marketing materials for both digital and print platforms, including social media posts, brochures, and in-store promotions.
  • Manage and monitor social media accounts to maintain brand consistency and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts and increase customer traffic.
  • Analyze marketing performance and provide insights to enhance future campaigns.
  • Stay updated with food industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, or Communications
  • Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create compelling, on-brand content.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and social media management platforms.
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and optimize performance.
  • Highly organized, creative, and capable of working independently.
  • Preferably a resident of Mandaluyong or nearby areas.
