Role Description

  • Support campaign development: Assist in planning and executing marketing and advertising campaigns, from initial concepts to final delivery.
  • Conduct market research: Research and analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Create marketing materials: Help develop and produce promotional content, such as ad copy, social media posts, brochures, and digital assets.
  • Manage social media: Develop, maintain, and manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling relevant content.
  • Track and analyze performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), gather data, and generate reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.
  • Client and team communication: Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and brief the advertising team, ensuring all materials are consistent with the brand's messaging.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in advertising industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design
  • tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
