About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join CASA EUROPA INC. as a Store Manager in our new Home Store located in Pioneer, Mandaluyong City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and leading a motivated team.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive in-store experience
  3. Analyse sales data and develop strategies to improve store performance and profitability
  4. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  6. Collaborate with the management team to implement marketing campaigns and brand initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail store management role, preferably within retail / tile industry
  2. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficiency in data analysis and financial management to drive store profitability
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
