Key Responsibilities

  1. Employee Relations & Engagement

  2. Support the implementation of employee engagement activities and company events.

  3. Help address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

  4. Assist in employee feedback and performance review initiatives.

  5. HR Administration

  6. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR files.

  7. Prepare HR-related reports, memos, and correspondence.

  8. Monitor attendance and leave records and assist with timekeeping validation.

  9. Compliance & Policy Support

  10. Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws and company policies.

  11. Support audits and other compliance documentation requirements.

  12. Help update HR policies and maintain internal HR documentation.

  13. Support recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new team members.

  14. Track individual and team performance; provide coaching and feedback where needed.
  15. Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and employee documentation is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of organization.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
