What we're looking for

  1. Registered Nurse (PHRN/USRN/NCLEX) with a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
  2. Proven track record in call centre management, with excellent people management and leadership skills
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to think strategically
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
  5. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to leverage insights to drive process improvements
  6. Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
