HR Associate

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Help with onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientations.
- Maintain and update employee records, including applications, resumes, and logs. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, benefits, and policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
