  • Compliance: Ensure that all stores comply with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as local regulations.
  • Sales Targets: Set and monitor sales targets for each store, implementing strategies to achieve and exceed these goals.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and coaching to improve staff performance.
  • Service Standards: Ensure that all stores deliver excellent customer service, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring that stores are adequately stocked and minimizing excess inventory.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure that stores adhere to visual merchandising standards, creating an attractive and inviting shopping environment.
  • Business Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of the company's retail strategy, aligning area goals with overall business objectives.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any operational, staffing, or customer-related issues that arise within the area.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on store performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and human resources, to support store operations.
  • Store Inspections: Conduct regular store visits and inspections to ensure adherence to company standards and identify areas for improvement.
